The Town 

The inland Marina Basin and Marina Town, around it, will be the heart of the development. The Marina town will mainly consist of real estate apartments and housing units. On the ground level, the Marina promenade will allow residents and guests to enjoy an outing through the numerous retail outlets, restaurants and cafes.
