Freehold Status

Muriya’s Integrated Tourism Complex, 'Salalah Beach' entitles buyers to the freehold status. The freehold law of the Sultanate of Oman allows for foreign ownership (100% freehold) and other privileges.
 

Visa
The Ministry of Tourism has confirmed that residency permit will be granted to foreign investors and their immediate family members when purchasing a freehold property within an ITC. (Article 25; Ministry of Housing; Ministerial Decision No. 191/2007)
